Acid proof rope graphic color bug??

I needed some acid proof ropes for some deco I was doing, and every one I have made is solid black. I have made over a half dozen, and get the same result every time. Anyone else notice this?

Well, I got the answer elsewhere. It seems that the rope is black if you have normal wood selected in your carpentry menu (weird) but if you pick another wood color from the carpentry menu, the rope it is hued the color of the wood you select, even though the item itself does not use wood.
