if youve been given a new card (same number new expiration date) that can cause problems. need to add the new one as a new card, edit the old card's number or it wont let you add the new one as a new card.
this is correct, you need to go into account management, under the account you want to renew/update and click on the "subscription" tab, and the best way to handle it is to delete the old card info, and add a new one with the new card. i had all kinds of problems until i deleted all the old card info.
if you have more than one account, you have to delete the old number from every account
I did and check all my accounts no CC on any of them. I'm wondering if they stopped accepting visa debt cards. I just might have to hook up with someone that will sell me a time code through paypal. I will make it worth the while for someone to help me out.
the only other thing i can think of is that I had this happen once and my Bank had blocked the card for use with EA for some odd reason. Hope you get it straightened out.
