Account Upgrade Help!

I just acquired a friends account and they had been playing on an unupdated (Mondains Legacy) account.

What do I need to purchase to upgrade so that I can use the Mondains Legacy Items?

Where do I need to go to get the upgrade code?

And whats the cost to upgrade...

Kinda bad to try and equip a character and they cant wear a Quiver nor a Totem...
