Account Suspension Question

I currently have three UO accounts and want to suspend one, but not cancel it.
Is it just a matter of removing the credit card details?


In the account management tools I can find a button that says cancel but not one that actually says suspend.

Any help would be appreciated

I'm not sure what you mean by suspend... if you "cancel" your account, they won't delete your items, but you'll only have 90 days to return if you have a house attached to your account.

If it's a matter of you've got time left on your subscription, if you cancel, you choose to either cancel immediately (thus losing your remaining game time) or to cancel at the end of your current game time.

Unfortunately, I don't think there's any way to "suspend" your account, meaning keep whatever time's on it, or to prevent eventual house decay.

go to billing info then click on remove billing info, and follow the steps. the account will shut down soon as the time you paid for is up.
So if your next billing is due on OCT 30th that is the day your account shuts down, if there is no credit card details.

Just hit cancel then cancel at end of billing cycle. Suspend, and cancel are the same pretty much if done on your end. There are 2 ways to get an account suspended is to remove billing info, and to get the account banned.
