I bought a ML new game account from UOgamecodes.

I registered the account and logged in the game, made a character and all is well.

I have no options to moongate to Felucca though?

If I purchase a new ML account it should have all of Fel available correct?

Or am I missing something?

On my EA/UO Account management page it says NOTHING is registered? I created an account and used my upgrade code that I got from UOGamecodes.com and I am in game and playing so It must be registered correctly?

Any suggestions?

1 -From the account management site (https://account.ea.com/myacct/uo/uo-hub.jsp?skin=uo), log into your account.
2 -Click on the "Subscription Info" tab.
3 -Click on "Upgrade Account".
4 -Enter the upgrade code you received via email after buying it from UOGameCodes.

If that doesn't work you might want to call EA Support. The number is on UO's homesite under "Contact Us".

If you buy a new account code from UOGameCodes, you get a full-fledged account, and your first 30 days are included. I just went through it a month ago.

Looks like your account is still under trial account rules.

Trial Accounts

Removed the 15 day character age requirement for house placement
Players are not allowed to place a house while on a trial account
Players are not allowed to co-own or be traded a house while on a trial account Trial accounts have travel restrictions – Cannot visit Felucca dungeons or Felucca T2A

Young players can not enter fel....And trial accounts can not enter fel.

Simply Renounce young status and you can go to fel.

It is better to explore all the possible "normal" reasons that a problem can happen before assuming it is a bug or something of the like. Since it is a new account his char is more than likely to be "Young", Young players can not go to fel. Of course it could be that he is having account issues but if not he is wasting time going there, also wasting time of the people who would then have to check on his account.

If he is not young then I suggest he take your advice tho, since it is the only explanation left.

Ill explore all of the other options once I get rid of "young" status and go from there.

Just type: I Renounce my Young Player Status
and hit enter.

That was it exactly.

And now that I am UNyoung I am able to access Fel

Considering this 2nd account was made strictly for resource gathering, and almost exclusively resource gathering in Fel it would have sucked to have to wait a time frame or have some other issues with it.
