I received an email from Broad Sword that my account was closed down due to an expired credit card. I never click on these links in these emails because I know what can happen. So I decided to log into my account management and I can't get any of the EA account pages to load. Is anyone else having these problems? I logged into UO without any difficulty. Just thought it was weird I couldn't check my account status and it's too early for the customer support. Is anyone have trouble with the account page?

I was able to log into both my EA and Origin websites directly. So the websites did work for me.

It worked for me earlier this week. Monday or Tuesday. My credit card expired at the end of March so I had to log in to update all the info.

No problems for me .

That was a smart decision not to click through the email to go to your account page.
I'm not experiencing an issue. I'd just wait an hour or two if you are and try again.
