How would one go about logging into account management for an account that existed before all these EA/Mythic account shenanigans?

Just felt the urge to check the age on my account and nothing seems to find it.

There is a Back to Britainia coming up in May... You and Skylark should log in. I will throw a party.

Write down as many details on your accounts as you remember. Email, account name, password etc. Then contact Broadsword. I will try to find some contacts for you. I am not certain EA does much more than billing now.

Go to uo.com -> account management.

Create an Mythic master account

Login to your account, and in the top right in menus you will find "link accounts" . There you type in your old UO username and password, and you can then login to uo .

This is used to link accounts that are already master accounts, but worked for me when i linked some of my VERY old accounts just recently.

You have to create a master EA account and then link your account to it. There are several posts on UO hall about it, because there are several nuances to it.

If you have an further issues or problems then do exactly what Kelmo said above and email it to [email protected]. That is where the support is now.

Do you still pay for an account? It was my understanding that accounts only age when active.

Yeah, I realize my accounts haven't aged since they were closed down, I was just curious what information I could still see on them.

I logged in with an ancient EA account, which forced me to create/link a Mythic account, which allowed me to link my old UO accounts. So user friendly. Much wow.

I was even able to remember 3 out of 5 passwords. My muscle memory is telling me the characters in one of the others, but not enough to actually get in... Any easy way to recover the other two, or is that where I'd need to contact broadsword? (Side note, missed opportunity to be bastardsword)

My smith was probably put away with some shinies, and my faction trap remover was just some silly fun to run around with.

When in May will Britannia be Back Toing?

Recreating macros is quite the job.

F1-F12, `-5, q-r, a-f
CTRL modifiers for most of the above
ALT modifiers for most the above
CTRL+ALT modifiers for some of the above

Then remembering which skills/spells/whatever else was an icon on the desktop....
