If there is anyone out there with still account problems or merdging to the EA and still read these forumns. Please send me a private message and I can try to help you. Walked several people through the process and got them all completed after they got done talking to ea and was confused and frustrated. Figure I throw it out there, just see alot of houses falling and I feel alot of these is due to the merger, though i know all of them is not.
