This has been a periodic problem for as long as I have been playing. It does seem to always get sorted eventually.

I can only speak as I find. In the 10 years I have been playing there have been several times my account has stopped ageing but every time it has eventually caught up. It does not surprise me if there have been some who have not been so lucky but I suspect these must be small in number. I think for most it gets sorted or we would undoubtedly be seeing a lot more about it on these boards.
I gave up on them fixing it. I have one account that started 11/28/1997 which means this nov it should hit 16 years, but my account age in games tells me only 155 months which means 37 months difference.. I would think I would know if I shut my account off for 37 months... Just makes me mad because I could have shard shields
Well I will say one thing it did update somewhat as an account went from 18 months old to its real age of 6 years old... then the account created with it didnt update at all.. It might be a glich in the updater...
12/28/1997 for me... but my account age says 173 months. Bonnie Armstrong "may" be able to fix it, but not sure anyone else can or will.
Account ages generally update once every 2 months
Yes thats about right..2 months and things on some change ... one of mine says 183 and i know its off by a few...
ive been tracking my account age for the last 10 years (i skipped the first 5 1/2) but im consistent on all 3 of my accounts.
just like clockwork, i log on on my year to date and my vet reward gump is waiting for me.
other then that pause they had in the account ages last fall, but they caught that up.
