Account Managment problems?

Hi everyone, I have recently checked out the new acct page we have. If you have not done so I suggest you stop and take a look at it.The reason I mention this now is this.... When you really need to access the page and it does not work right it will just further any problems you are having, so look and try to use it now. I am seriously concerned with a few things. First I can not view ,edit, or log on to our uo acct page.It no longer exists. In its place is a ea master acct? I can not start a ea acct it just wont do it after 6 trys. I can not log in to it or retreive password, it sends a link that feeds back to itself and as such is non functioning.Perhaps it is still underconstruction to the point of it not working.Now since it clearly does not work right I would like to ask that when it is working properly that we be able to view our uo accts at our on will.Jumping thru hoops to link from a ea site is ridicuolous because its not working.I believe there should be no link to get to our acct page. It should be plain and simple to get to and to view.I can say from experience the harder it is to get to acct page for those whom page it is,will be a problem and possibly will not only discourage players but keep new players away.Who wants to play a game where you can not access ur accts? I have confidence in uo so when I can't play because I can not Access my acct info I suppose that is the day I have to leave uo.Not because I want to, but beacuse the game has put a obstacle I can not navigate.As said I have confidence in uo and staff.However when game mechanics keep people from thier accts its not a good thing. Please have a dev look into this,reset password link feeds to itself does not reset.Other than this concern I feel to be serious ,all else in uo is fine with me at the time.If anyone has had problems also please let the devs know, heres ur chance. Does ur acct page work properly?can you reset ur password? Please simple fi the acct screen and make it accessable again. thks.

I tryed to follow a massive guideline how to get in and it fails. the pasword reset link is unclickable, and when entered long hand it feeds back to itself, and does nothing. When trying to start a new acct, it faild each time saying read the glyph at top which i copy exact but it dont take it. this needs to be fixed is all I am saying it is far from working and farther from perfect. thks

This seems a browser problem (like when javascript is disabled).
What browser are you using ?

The old account management website is not available anymore.

It sounds like you have links in your e-mail messages disabled. You might want to change this option for the e-mail from EA with the link for resetting your new EA Account's password. I'm not sure that typing out the link manually in your browser is going to work, as the messages I received for resetting a password specifically state that if it the link isn't clickable you should copy and paste it into your browser's address bar. (Your posts make it sound like you are typing out every letter of the link into the browser's address bar instead of using copy/paste to put it there.)

I have tryed cut and pasting the email I have to click to reset password still no dice.It feeds to itself. I think I will wait till the acct center is fixed properly before I sweat this issue. Hopefully my acct info is current enough, I would hate to HAVE TO go to this site for some time. Please have devs look into this. I am concerned that I will not be able to edit and change my info if needed. I surely would hate to leave uo because of a impassable hurdle. (to me). I do not profess to being a computer expert and donot believe the user of this game should be to use it. Make links plain simple and clickable.As said before I am concerned of this issue. Of course newer players will have less trouble with this for the plain fact they probably know there ea password for thier acct. I of course do not so im stuck at this in passable hurrdle. Thank god they didnt change the log in servers to this type of cluster...... if they did I would be now over 1 week with no uo and at that point a lost customer.look into these issues and make a easy to hit link for password reset.this is ridiculous all my accts have same email registered to them already why would I have to link them? give us a working acct center we can access. fix this mess.

Sometimes when you copy a link that has been divided into multiple lines, only one part of the link gets copied and so it does not work.

Please tell us which browser are you using.
