Last week, I bought the Grand Bazaar (rustic and gothic) theme pack from uogamecode.
I used the promotional codes (gothic and rustic) to retrieve the items, then when i went to the upgrade page I discovered that the account management was being migrated. So be it.
Now that it is migrated, i would like to upgrade my account to those 2 themes (I retrieved the items but can't use them as my account is not upgrade).
So, I create an EA account, link my varioue UO accounts and try to use the codes i received. From what I understand, I hace to select the account, go in the tab "activate key", enter the gothic code and also the security code and my account should be upgraded.
First time I do this, appears next next to the code box, a red infobox telling me that I cannot apply that code to that account (it was a copy-paste from the uogamecode mail). I guess i may have got an unwanted space character and I retry. Now all I get is an red infobox with [Invalid code].
The subscription/Features tab doesn't show that my account has been upgraded (sounds logical since I received error messages).
What is the procedure for upgrading an account?
Is my code now invalid (translation : have I been robbed?)?
