Account ages updating on Siege but not elsewhere?

Hi, there was a thread not too long ago where several players noticed their account ages were not updating properly and I have found a way to prove this. On some production shards (I haven't tested all of them) the account age is 2 months behind what it is on Siege. On Siege I can claim my vet reward but I can't on the production shards I play. Devs, please look into this immediately. I had some friends check their Siege characters vs production shards too and same issue. Thank you.

Wow, you are indeed correct. It shows I can claim my awards on Siege. Sadly, I do not play there. Hopefully every OTHER production shard will reflect current ages soon. rolleyes:

I have one account that is a month ahead on Siege. The rest are the same as the rest of the shards.

Sorry, I used the term "production" shard to make a distinction between Siege and other non-Siege shards. But lets not make this thread about that... Account ages are the issue here, thanks.

Confirmed here too after creating a test toon on Siege. I was listed as 12 months and eligible for veteran rewards on Siege, but on my home shard (LA) I'm stuck on 11.

Do you mind saying which shard it was fixed on? It's now fixed on Catskills but not Chesapeake.

Not for me. Then again, this is Lake Austin. They never gave us additional saltpeter vendors during the shortage and I think we're the shard they love to ignore.

As i wrote in the other thread already, my chars are stuck agewise on both shards i play on. Siege Perilous and Europa shows 143 on all chars. Maybe it gets its true age when you create a character but it doesnt update on "used" characters.

Okay, my accounts rolled over to the 6th year today, and on my new gargoyle I can select rewards, but on any of my old characters I cannot.

Maybe this will help developers narrow this down?

edit : I just double checked Oceania, and although the profile scroll says 70 months, "This acct is 93 months old" pops up in the corner of my screen ...
