account age strangness

so i run 3 account, and i noticed something strange.

i have an account that is due to have its anniversary right now.
how do i know this? i have actually been tracking my anniversary dates for the past 9 years. i keep them listed my "uo binder".

so, this account is 2-3 months behind where it should be.
it should be having a anniversary nov 19ish, but missed it, and is showing that its gonna be another 2-3 months till it gets its anniversary.

so i logged onto my account #2.
its due to have its anniversary mid January and has for the last 9 years.
its showing that its anniversary wont be till april/may, so another account that is 2-3 months behind where it should be.

now account #3.
it HAD its anniversary on time back in July when it was suppose to, just like clockwork. so from beginning of July till now is just shy of 5 months.
but my account shows that it has only aged 2 months in that time.
so again, another 3 month miss.

my question is this.... is anyone else missing 3 months from their account?

cause there has been no disruption in my service, im prepaid neverending.
only thing that changed in this time was the change that EA did with their billing.
in fact.... the stopping in account age pretty much aligns exactly with that migration to the new billing system dosnt it?

Yes both my accounts are stuck (haven't moved in months) and are 6months to 1 year behind over the course of 9 and 8 years.

Its frustrating. I should be riding a polar bear mount by now but no - EA cannot count time correctly.

Pretty sad. Both of my accts have not missed a payment ever. Should be join date until now. I don't understand how this is so difficult.

Of course, this is comming from the company that broke runics, imbuing and unraveling in the last patch. Math is NOT their strong suit.

I don't remember the reasons, but there was a point when everyone was credited 2 months on their age. I'd say it looks as if that's been lost.
We have one account that was started with the new account code that came with AoS - we updated our existing account at that time. AoS was launched in March, but that account has always aged up in January. Currently the account shows as 8 years and 8 months old. Which would be exactly right, 9 years in March.

All accounts stopped aging when EA did the account migration. It's still not fixed.

Well that is not exactly true. I have accounts that have aged since the account migration but I also have accounts that are not aging and one that went back 2 months.

I have 2 accounts that renewed after the migration, one is aging, the other isn't. One account hasn't renewed yet and is aging.

It all seems pretty much random to me *frowns*

i have actually been tracking my anniversary dates for the past 9 years.

I do the same thing. In fact, this way I know Ive been playing for a grand total of 5162 days as of today. Same character, same shard.

My account should be showing 170 months but it is showing a similar three month gap at 167.

one of my accounts just turned 24 months old this month, but its showing i only have 1 pick of a vet reward.. it says i have 1 and picked 3.
the thing is i never picked anything this month

• When an Ultima Online account has been active for a total of 12 months you may pick a total of three choices from the 1st year rewards list.
• When the account has been active for 24 months you receive an additional choice.

The 3 it shows as having been picked were your 1st year rewards. You have one more now for your 2nd year.

My 8 year account shows I have chosen a total of 12 rewards since I started it and have one left to choose.

I noticed last Friday morning after logging in that my account age advanced 3 months, back to where it should be. So now I am all caught up, and got 2 more vet reward picks!

Mine have been 3 to 4 mos off for at least the last cpl of months, at least that is when I noticed it. One acct has been stuck now for at least 4 mos & possibly longer (have 5 acct's & all are way off) it's been getting to the point I hate to look knowing that they are screw up . And it's getting to the point the more we tell them (Dev's/EA here) about it, the longer or further behind the mos get .
It's kinda like this lil smiley , We get it tossed at us, we smile & we have to take it, for we can't do anything about it .

Mine's a new account and it's showing 4 months....

Real time it should be 3 months and if you add in the 2 months of credit they gave everyone (I was just in on that), then it should be 5 months....
