Account age question

My characters on all shards are a higher account account age than my characters on Sonoma.... Which is a problem because I mainly play on Sonoma. Is there a painless way to fix this or do I need to spend countless hours contacting uncaring faceless EAMythic customer support staff who will misunderstand my problem and never quite fix the problem?

Ok, even stranger.... ONE of my characters on Sonoma has the right account age.

I know it's a pain but if one of them is right, the others should be right in less than a week.
