Account Age not Updating (devs!)

I went to check on my billing info today and discovered that the bonus two monthes recieved for starting a new account have been wiped off my record. On this account it was created July 06...so with the bonus monthes it should be currently at 25 monthes...instead of the 23 monthes listed...

I would appreciate it if others would check this as well, and dont forget to add the bonus time that should also be included in your accounts age. (everyone gets two monthes of bonus time to account age btw when thier accounts were originally created.)

Another to Add to the ever growing :next: list of @Ups. Seems lately thats all that is growing is "the list", be nice if it would get smaller & some of our concerns answered by anyone associated with EA.. Would not hurt for a lil Courtesy to the paying community wouldn't ya say. I know I have to answer to my clients when somethings up...:stir:

Re-activated my accounts 2 1/2 years ago. one is stuck at 19 months and one at 21 months only my primary has rolled but is again stuck at 71 months. Mabey my payment plan is at fault?? 6 months at a time...?:sad4:

I've done the email thing at least 50 times in the past, it never got me anywhere.

I started before T2A. I don't recall exactly how long before but I was in a blue guild when tram came out and changed the way the world worked.
I took a couple breaks but was subscribed for more than 80% of the time up until 2 years ago.
When I left my characters showed an age of 35 months.

They still show 35 months.

I know I wasn't subscribed from then to now, but account age is based on time Paid For, not time spent. So the moment I resubscribed for 1 month, they should have gone to 36.

Ah well, I don't want a polar bear anyway.
But being able to at least use a Runebook Dye Tub would be nice, considering I've played most of the months since Before We Had Runebooks!

I'm sorely tempted to just buy an aged account and just remake my characters. Retraining skills these days is a no brainer, and I guess powerscrolls wouldn't be hard to get... I just hate to delete what I put so many years into.

Its not a few accounts with the issue Jeremy...its all accounts. You will be looking in vain if you want to fix this from a case by case basis.

Are you sure about that Jeremy? I emailed you last month and not so much as a reply confirming receipt of the email.

To anyone in my shoes, I can tell you the problem. I have my account set up to withdrawl recurring payments from my bank card. Last year, to help me handle my finances more efficiently, I would make the payment, and then cancel my account (but opt to use remaining time left). If you do that, your account does not get credit for that month. One of my accounts should be well over it's 6th year, the other should be at 4 years.

I used the form system on the website, canned responses with a bunch of crap.

I emailed Jeremy with no response. I think I'm entitled to my vet rewards..

No, we just need a couple of accounts to compare to our billing records to confirm the issue. The in-game display is fuzzy enough that it's not all that easy to tell when it breaks, particularly if you've canceled and re-subbed a couple of times.

I thought they fixed this already but i always suspected something was wrong.....It was like they suddenly added 1 month and but it was already due for a month so another one went missing. :gun:

Just to remind - this have been 3 bonus month in the past, and my perm paid account just seem to miss one of those.

Yeah. I have an account that is stuck at 47 months. Been waiting for vet reward. I have a Museum I am going to start and getting ready to open, but cant get time to move!!!
