Account Age Issue

One of my accounts has just turned 2...Great.

The only problem is, only one of my characters is aware of this.

I have characters on Europa and Drach. None of my Euro characters are able to benefit from the extra skill cap bar one on Drach.

I am also only given the option to select a gift on this same character.

Its been like this since saturday.

Can anyone shed any light?

Happened to me before, give it a week and every character will catch up in age. Just another bug in a sea of insects!
