Where do I find academic books to make academic bookcases?

Two spots in Bedlam. One is in the building where Gnosos and the others usually are, the other is underneath the cemetary, in the Bedlam Champion Spawn (not the Peerless, but the Champ area).

These artifact books are of the "every 8 days" variety, with the two spots alternating about 4 days apart.

wondering about that little bit.... does the spawn timer begin at the moment the item is picked up, or, if never picked up, does it just reset at the programmed time?

The timer starts when it gets stolen for the respawn.
