About illegal emulator server

I heard that there seemed to be people who were playing UO free of charge with an illegal emulator server. Will EA bring a charge against people controlling this kind of illegal servers?

I see this topic getting locked.

If they what to, they can and have taken changes to the people posting the servers. They take you to court for lost of posible income.

Now if you do not mind, I need to find the key to this padlock.
