About guild abbreviations ????

I`m trying to make a new guild but having a very hard time finding a name/abb.Even the most remote names I can think of apparently has been thought of before,lol.All I`m getting is "That abbreviation is not available" .... Like 20 times so far. I know, I know....keep trying.

I`m just wonderin if theres a guild list or something? Or do I just trudge on and until I find one thats excepted.

Also are the abbreviations restricted to 3 characters? Or can it be 4?

Yes, they can be 4 characters.

You can do a search on your shard by guild-abbreviation at http://town.uo.com/guilds/ (it may not be any faster than doing it ingame, but you can start with the first two letters you have in mind and see what's out there).

There are a lot more 4 letter abbreviations available due to them only coming out during Samurai Empire.

... and cause there are a lot more permutations of 4 letters too.
