? about coco trees

sorry if this has been answered before but i've been looking how do you get pulp from the coco trees? I've tried when the plant is in growth mode and it always tells me that you can not collect resourses from this. Thanks for the help.

you need wait and keep looking after the plant then on day 10 it starts producing resources, 1 pulp and 1 seed each day for 8 days.

Day 17 is the last day of production. Either set it to deco mode, trash it, or store it with resources on it at that point.
