ABC Archer what skills and tactics

I hear alot about this abc archer set up and how great it is. i know mike jones from tfr runs some sort of pure archer. Ive seen him get chased around by like 6 people and they still cant kill him so what would the template look like and what would you do when you have it?thanks for help TYR

115 Tactics
100 Anatomy
100 Healing
90 Resist
75 Chiv

Crossbow or Heavy Crossbow with HML, HSL, HLD, 30+ SSI, and DI.

Tactics: EOO, consecrate, honor, LS, LS, LS, LS. Consecrate and divine fury as needed.

Does enemy of one work in pvp? i thought it was only used pvm?sorry for making you guys spell it out just trying to figure it all out

Yes, EOO is only for PvM. Tactics for PvP are: point, double-click, hope they don't have parry.
