ABC archer pvp template and gear

Hi,
Returning after 11 years, read abc Archerr is a good pick for pvm. I would like to know suggestions for build and what stats should I prioritize. Also, is luck worth it for pvm still?

The ABC Archer is still viable. For PvM, I would look for a composite bow with HML and HSL plus SSI and DI. The last mod is your choice.

I wound aim to have 45 SSI total with 180+ stamina. It is possible to hit 210 stamina and 55 SSI, but that is when you are ready for extreme suits.
