As a THB GM, I guess I could be considered an authority on these.
They of course don't spawn, as Haven blew up.
They came from the new Paladin standard template quest, given to accounts with "young" status (doing the quest with a normal account gave a level 1 map).
The spawn ("Chest Guardians") were non-aggro versions of level 1 chest spawn.
Current "Young" characters can still use these maps, so long as the locations still exist. Each chest would in turn, contain a new Youthful map.
The locations are the same as the Ocllo map locations, just transposed into Trammel Haven. Once you get one of the spots that are now ocean, that's it (Though there have been reports of GMs changing the location in the past - but it's been so long since Haven blew, the current batch probably doesn't know how to do so).
Supposedly, these were to turn into level 1 maps if kept on the character or in the bank after the account lost Young status, but this apparently never worked.
