No longer available, they were a gift for early buying of Stygian Abyss.
As to value, I've purchased several for a low of 3.5 mil and a high of 5 mil. I've seen many for sale at 7.5 to 10 mil, no idea if any sold at that amount.

I sold mine for 6m on Europa. They generally seem to be on vendors for 7-10m on there too.
I recently purchased a SA upgrade from the EA Game Code Site and when I claimed the Promotional Item, It came with 3 race change tokens, 3 SA statues, and a Vollem in a crystal. This was about 3 days ago.
