Stygian Abyss has drawn me back into the game, with more interest than I've felt in a long time.
Time was that all I did was RP, but now I'm back PvMing and crafting, and once again it draws me back from the brink.

But, all the expansion in the world mean nothing, if not for you guys.
I don't normally make threads, so please take it to heart when I say "Thank you"

You know who you are.
You're the guys who'll drop a heal or a cure on the stranger who's coming unstuck.
You're the guys who'll take the time out from what you're doing to res a stranger.
You're the guys who'll open a gate for the poor sod who forgot to pick up a runebook, and got themselves stranded in Ter Mur (hypothetically, of course).

The game is cool, but the people here make the game. Yes, we have our fair share of idiots; mother nature was certainly bountiful when it came to those. But, for the most part, folks here are great


PS. I'm like a kid in a sweetshop with a bottomless allowance; I don't know what to eat first! I'm crafting, hunting for stuff to craft with, taming, training my cute garg pets, I haven't even explored the entrance ways properly yet. Leaving aside the CS issues, I'm having a ball with this expansion, it's fantastic

I am an old player from 1998 who haven't played for years. One month ago i decided to come back and see if Uo is still worth it.

totally agree, after my incorrect banning i stopped and went to WoW but finally missed the community in uo and had a quick look and never stopped. thanks to those that showed me how to get to ter mur yesterday for no reward xx
