As many of you know I'm partial to the occasional survey to discover what my fellow rare collectors are thinking. Generally the questions are relatively the same and are used to track changes in beliefs amongst the community. That said here is the third in a continuing series of surveys:

Ans: Some of D, some of F. Returning, always. Been collecting off and on since 1998 or so. Trading off and on since then too. Made some good deals and my share of bad. Can never decide what I want to actually keep.

Ans: Napa. Was well over 50 items but currently selling off and have no idea.

Ans: A 3/1 15 HCI 15 DCI 25 DI ring for cheap. A true rare indeed.

I rarely buy rares for my museum. I've inherited some server birth/event rares from people who have left UO, and I've been lucky a few times at EM events.

Drachenfels - Hunter's Museum in a Keep on Ocarina Island. (Trammel)

Oh, there are so many nice server births.. a dirty plate perhaps, or wood curls... a brush... I don't know.

Yes.

My favorite item(s) will be the War Drums; the cornerstone(s) of my collection. I see myself as Keeper of these drums, rather than owner, as they were ceded to me so I could preserve these unique parts of Drachenfels' history.

Yes. I try not to buy anything that I suspect of being duped because it is boring to collect items that are rare only due to heavily controlled supply.
