Raziel do you know what part exactly in the quest you get this item? I'd like one to lock down in my white room but a search of UO guide didnt confirm where it comes from.

You have to make a donation of 75k to the Library to get it (not sure how much that is in items)

I didn't think any of them were since you actually do have to pay for them.
