Although its in Trinsic swamp, there's very little spawn nearby. The closest actual spawn (a lizard man) is a screen to the north and he occasionally wanders down to the back of the keep. Its a great home, perfect for a busy crafter, a storehouse or even lanching attacks into the heart of the swamp itself.
