A Rune to Justice Isle Felucca

Does anyone have a rune to Justice Isle, Felucca. I have just about all runes to everywhere in Britannia, but this one.

isnt there an Island somewhere on the malas facet as well? I tried to get over there again and see if there was still a house there and couldnt quiet find the spot...
