[Price Check] a rubble wall w/ a design i can't seem to find anywhere

i found this earlier in the week, idoc had ton of rubble in it. i grabbed this wall and im trying to find another like it to get an idea of what it's worth.

this is the biggest list of rubble walls i could find, was wondering if the one i had was rare or something, anyone know?

I've seen the flowered walls usually priced around 3-5m. Perhaps someone else has seen some for sale as well.
