A ring with maxium fire resist, Catskills.

I would prefer the ring to NOT be imbued. I'm not certain, but is the max resist (on jewelry) on any one category 15? (Example: 15% fire resist)

So... I'm looking for a ring (human or gargish) with 15% fire resist, on the Catskills Shard.
