A question re: customizing

I posted this question first in the proper forum, but thought I might get a faster answer here. Are deeded items/vet rewards, etc. affected if you go into customize mode to make minor changes that shouldn't normally affect anything you've placed? I wasn't sure if I should take anything down before doing this. I'd hate to lose anything.

Most deeded items are fine, a few will redeed and go into moving crete, only other issue ive noticed is deeded items that are also containers will stop you going into customisation mode until you manually redeed em first.

That is my personal experience, there maybe other issues.
