A Q About High Priced Items

Ok. Possibly a real newb question here I see items on vendors for 175 million, 250 million... uber rares naturally. How do you buy that? I assume my bank holds say 125 items. Although I think I have a couple up grades on that. So if I can only get 125 million dollar checks or even 160 (whatever the max is). How do you buy these things? Been bothering me for awhile lol. Thx!

If you have all of the upgrades you can buy something from a vendor for 175 million if you empty your bank and put 175 million in the bank. If not many people use brokers. So if you wanted something that cost 300 million you would generally give the broker 300 million (buy two things off his vendor at 150 million each) and then he gives you the item and gives the gold to the seller.

If you find yourself selling something greater than 175m use a BOD book and price bods inside to whatever price you need. Then have the buyer by the bods out of the book on your vendor. Doing it this way your greedy vendor does not take his cut. Additionally, you can buy off your vendor using a bod book. You can also keep the Bod book gump open (So long as your vendor i.e. gold source is on the same facet) go to your vendor and load gold, buy from hump, load gold, buy from gump, ad infinitum.
