It would be wonderful if tailor and smith rewards could be turned in for tickets. I will also sacrifice my BODs to this truly worthy cause.

A polite wish for Spring Cleaning

I don't care to reward scripter's ill gottens with any collected items turn in. The blackrock turn in was flaming clue they have no Fing clue. Same would go for BODs and their rewards.
Anyone know when this is going to happen or start?
If that distillery is part of the rewards… I’m into it! As long as the revenuers don’t come a calling. I’ll have to set a few big dogs to guard it.
I’d also love them to finally allow us to have gold plaques… that can be added next to doors or by teleporters we can set to what any sign could say.

Yep awesome. Turn it back on so they can give out what they already gave out and everyone can complain they are too common.

No offense, but I resent this. I have acquired all of my tailor rewards legally and through many years of hard work. You can get a lot of sewing kits over 7 years with 9 GM tailors, without doing anything illegal. 27 BODs a day adds up. I have also picked up multiple BOD Books abandoned at Luna Bank and from IDOCs. I have spent many hours (more like days) patiently sorting through them and collecting the resources to fill BODs.
However, now that the system has changed, I have 200 plus spined kits that are not as useful as they once were. The same applies to the horned and barbed kit. However it feels like sacrilege to throw them out, given the buzz I got when I earned my first spined kit. Given the time invested, it would be great for my crafter to get a reward, since there are no plans to revitalize the BOD system.
You will no doubt argue, "Well you didn't have to do this"--and in sense you are correct. I worked hard to earn Lady status. However, frequent disconnects have cost me this status more than once. Filling BODs is still the best way for a crafter to get fame. Frankly I would be happy to discard most of my BODs, but I need this "insurance." And I would be even happier to see an alternate use for them.
A percentage of the so-called vendors on Legends are used for BOD storage, and it would be great to clean up the shard.

I think old christmas gift, bod rewards, Powerscrolls (seems to be many around now), Resources, Doom Arties, Peerless Boss Drops, Pets, Mibs / Tmaps.
Pretty hard to give something for everyone but I think they should cover a lot of players.

I wouldn't mind seeing BODs and/or rewards added to Spring Cleaning. Anything that helps me offload 1/3 of my current storage, I'm all for it.

I truly dont want to cause offense with my questions... but why do you need 9 GM tailors?
And were spined kits ever worth anything?
We have 2 legendary tailors and a keep devoted to bods so I feel your pain.

Yes the spined kits sold for a lot--and tapestries sold for 1 million gold. Bear in mind I only sold about 5 for that price. When bods came out, the Devs had a Utopian vision of mutual trading--this didn't happen on Legends. The only way to get bods for the rugs and tapestries I craved for deco was to create a bunch of tailors. One or two tailors on Legends would never have gotten enough bods in a reasonable amount of time (at least what I considered a reasonable time)--it would have taken months to fill even a plain four piece bulk order deed. Shoe deeds were virtually impossible to get.
So I sheared a lot of sheep and killed a lot of bulls, and trained a bunch of characters in tailoring.
for a few years the earning footwear BOD larges had been turned off. For years I've been selling the taps and rugs for 10k. And the greatest thing that killed crafting is the great need for POF. Something could be done with spine kits if it was not for the fact that armor crafted starts with 35-40 durability.
We need a blackrock burning forge. For BR a player drops in the forge the next ten items crafted near it has 200+ starting durability. Still would have armor crafted that still will just fill a BOD.
And the next clean up just needs groupings you pick from. The items from that group would be random generated. Only thing we need to know is each group has like ten possible rewards.

It is a waste of the DEVS time.

If you ask me the problem really is it is to easy to acquire crap in this game. When you make it hard to get... everyone whines and cries I dont have it... when you make it to easy... everyone whines and cries it has no value.
You are all on a bitter cycle of crack. Get off it. Get this game back to exploring and player interaction. Wander with friends... find adventure.
