A new slant on the continuing ORIGIN story.

A new strangeness from Origin - After much deliberation about purchasing the King's Collection and being unable to find it anywhere on their site to buy it,after talking to a friend he sent me a possible link. I went to the link and after it refusing the Debit card I regularly pay with I changed to my Credit card and Lo it accepted it - So I am sorted Right? ---- Wrong'

I then endured a round of this code is crap etc but finally it accepted it so now I am sorted Right? ------ Wrong.

I checked and my crafter can now make the items for the King's Collection so I am ok Right? ------- Wrong.

I then checked each of my characters Bankbox for my goodies which is why I bought it and what do I find?

NO KING'S COLLECTION Items - but my Mystic has a nice collection of 24 loose Newbie Items - this I do not need. What the hell are they playing at?

And why oh why did I bother?

You have to enter the code into both your Mythic account to activate it and also into one of your characters.

UPDATE - Thank you for your reply and thanks to further help from my aforementioned friend I too now have the Token to reclaim my goods. So finally I am all sorted EXCEPT for these mysterious Newbie Items. All of my characters predate the present Haven and I have never done any of the quests. The only thing I can think of which may have a bearing on them is that I also started a new account yesterday. My accounts are all under the same Master Account obviously and maybe some oddity there?. Whatever I now have my full complement of items.

One thing I do know, this is the last theme pack I shall be buying, this kind of hassle I can do without.
