A Nameless Peasant

Finding yellow NPC characters in Britain, on the Atlantic shard, all called A Nameless Peasant. One talking about is Lord Dupre the cause of the raiders. Another asking if this is how life will be now. One talking about how you can't slay starvation.

Two are by Brit bank, and one is behind the stables by the EM building.
I haven't found a way to interact with them, so not sure you can.

I haven't had a chance to check the other cities yet.
Are you guys finding them on other shards too?

Sounds like there EM created npc's on catskills in trinsic we have npc's named guardians from are summer's em story arch

Dont see any at those locations on Europa so yes, probably preparation for an EM storyline for your shard.
