Illidan he first time I saw him...

The new memories fill ttime but aren't as fun. I also have a 70 lock who I roll faces on all day. It is so much fun, being a lock in PvP gear in WoW is pretty OP. I get the joy and satisfaction of knowing i pissed off everyone i just cheese killed, especially the people who never get to cast a spell or swing a weapon before they die.

The graphics on WoW seem to be more animated than UO. If I were to leave UO I think the graphics would be what turned me on.

The simple fact that I denied for so long and held on to UO for so long is this:

WoW is 10x more interactive, interesting, addicting, and rewarding than UO ever was.

There's really only 2 things I miss

1. I wish you could talk to hordies. PvP in wow lacks a LOT due to the simple fact that you can't [censored] talk your enemies

2. Recall/gate travel/sacred journey/runebooks. Flat out, travel in wow sucks, its ridiculous, it takes up waay too much valuable grinding time.

To a smaller degree I miss player housing, it was quite convenient and a nice little perk to design your house and such. The biggest convenience though was transferring armor and items. With armor being soulbound, and a very nice mail system that is finally instant between toons on my own account, this issue is pretty insignificant.

I started to DL the free trial to see if I liked it, but it said it was going to take 42 hours at the current rate to get it all, due to my PC and Conn. I might still buy the game from gamestop and try it out in the next month or so. I barely have time to play UO much less start another one. UO seems to be washed up lately with all the high spawning arties and of course the players that use other "speed enhancing abilities" to get an upper edge on honest players. Dont get me wrong I like UO, but EA needs to think about what they're gonna do to keep people more interested in this game and from transfering to WoW.
Does anybody know of forums or a website with reviews for WoW? If so can ya place a link to it or send me a PM with it please?

Edit Uo does not really have anything that compares to end game raids in WoW. UO PvP was much more fun in the hey day though!

Im not sure who the player i actually stole them from is but Im assuming it was a BC since madonna came running in about 15 seconds after I stole em. I also like how everyone in the building is kind of gathered around all the commotion including the NPCs. Really makes me long for Pre Aos as these kinds of steals are getting rarer and rarer.

yes i agree pre aos stealing was th most fun i had in uo. I had a great screenie of me stealing a hom from a high profile fs, but due to an ex ole ladys obsesion with myspace all my screenies got gone.

Funny thing is, in todays UO there is a whole generation of Trammies that wouldnt even know what a thief is and wouldnt even realize theyve been stolen from in the first place

Not only the graphics but the interface is way better than anything UO will ever have. The big issue I see is how do you decide where to create chars.

Well, lol The bc crew is on another shard but, me vax and cheeserails (rox) play on magtheridon. Wow has a lot of good things about it but, I do at times miss the pvp of uo.
