[Fishing] A little curiosity

All make fishing quests.
I see that rewards are baits to make other fishing quests to take the 120 fishing, i presume.
But....
If i have 120 fishing what can i do?
Fishing strange fishes? Have some special rewards?
All fishes are the same. Blue grouper is like red grouper. There is no difference between a fish or another
Someone can explain to me the reason why we have all that quests?
With a 120 fishing we can obtein some special rewards??
I'm confused and bored

120 fishing grants you the ability to caugh every kind of fish (certain types require very high skill), and with them you can make the fish pies that are really good

ivory there is little need for the 120 skill.
you can get rare fish to make pies
I think you get a boost on sos rare drops (not sure)
status on your person as legendary
