I've never seen anyone try to imbue such a cool item and yes since it is blessed it can't be. Imbuing it would only degrade it's value and probably remove the time telling feature.

ive imbued some rare wearables so i can use them, but i wouldnt imbue that one. i dont know code, but i think it would still tell time. kinda like when you imbue a fireworks staff it still works. i know i sold a staff like Multi is looking for that whoever bought it was buying to imbue.

But the Fybril is blessed, so you cant imbue it. not sure if it came blessed or not but you can not imbue blessed items. also not sure if you can enhance blessed items, altho the stat from enhancement wouldnt exactly make it a useable item anyways.
