I would modify a few estimates:

Rune Beetle Carapace 2.5 - 4 mil
-Would say lower - 2-2.5m there never seems to be a shortage of these, I guess they were heavily stockpiled back in the day

Exiler 700k-1mil
Sword of the Stampede 750k- 1.5mil
-Would say low-mid end of these estimates - don't think these are popular

Swords of Prosperity 2 mil
-Like rune beetle - these are often floating around at lower prices. Would say 1.5m

Heart of the Lion 150-250k
-200k sounds fair

Mace & Shield Reading Glasses 7.5-9mil
-I usually see em for 8m or less recently

Hunter's Garb, gloves & legs (not sure which part of the armor set is rare)
-According to VM, these are the common parts

Plate of Honor, arms gorget & gloves 100k for arms, not sure about gorget and gloves

I been trying to sell a set of Mace and Shiled glasses for the last week. Im down to 6.5, and still no takers.
