Gaining honor needs to be seriously reworked. Mages are screwed in the current system as they aren't able to tank like a dexxer/sampire can, and they are restricted to one slayer (spellbook) and whatever SDI they can manage (compared to the easy-to-meet damage cap for melee).
Remove the movement and first strike penalties.
Then add Honor gains for BOTH participants of a duel in an arena. More for the victor, less for the loser.
