I know it is supposed to have the [ ] on it but last I knew only staff could use the square brackets here.

I was visiting a friends place today and ran across this. They did not know the story behind it but it got me to wondering about it. Have searched for it to get the story behind it but have been unable to find anything. I know at least one of you folks know about it though
