Located on Baja shard.
Anyone know when this came about, and how many there are, and if they are legal to have?

I just was checking all the random character that I have no real memory of making, and one had a strange thing in his bag... This... lol so any info would help...

My GUESS (and that's all it is) is that it's just a mislabeled item. For example, the Majestic Oaks Auction house on Great Lakes has a wooden chair whose label is "An unmarked recall rune". Apparently programming bugs occasionally generate some items with incorrect labels.

If that's what your item is, I still thinks it's really nice, especially since it has been mislabeled with a related item instead of something completely random. It's like the hypothetical baker was so dumb that he didn't even know what he was making! :) If it were mine, I would definitely hold onto it!
