A few hours ago, I was fighting the last guardian of the spawn of a level 5 map on the beach just outside the casino.
I had the elder gazer redlined, then.... Connection Lost?
I spent the next 5 hours worrying, as my cable internet was out all that time.
Fully expecting to restart the game to find myself a ghost with my body long gone, I was surprised to find my T-hunter alive and well. Apparently, I managed to drop the EG with my last swing, or at worst autodefending after the connection was broken.
So, I lost the chest, but escaped with everything else (including my undead slayer that I'd forgot to insure - an imbued Overseer sundered blade).
Anyone else ever have a prolonged connection loss at the worst possible time, and somehow lived to tell the tale?
