I had a major problem with the Plus Membership. I contacted Stratics and sure enough they treated me with the utmost respect. I know they been working their tails off to launch the new Stratics site. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and then some.
I would like to publicly give A huge Thank You to Michael Buckwald who works behind the scenes for Stratics. I'm pleased in how well you
listened to me rant and rave and still pick up the ball and carry it all the
way to this end. I know it's not alot of money, but I wanted to believe
Stratics was a fan site that cared about their fans. And by your actions you
alone showed me Stratics is for the true hardcore gamers like myself. Thank
