98.0 Vet - can't gain? O_o

I haven't gained in Vet for DAYS. I'm gaining Taming, Lore, Peace, everything else I want to gain, but Vet won't budge and I can't figure out what is going on. Obviously, I have skill points available, as again, I'm gaining the other stuff just fine. :/

What the heck do I need to do to gain? You'd think GGS at the very least would give me something!

You haven't accidentally locked or turned down your actual vet skill have you? That would stop you gaining even if you have available skill points that other skills are using

Ok, I'm not sure how you're training, but try resurrecting a few pets if you can or take a pet to hunt rotting corpses so you have to cure vet. I've never found that necessary to get a gain, but it's worth a shot...

If you still can't gain then it's probably worth trying to get a GM to look at your character in case you're bugged in some way. Hopefully that won't be necessary though.

check and make sure ur not at ur cap... you may have had another skill with points in it hiding somewhere...

I got 2 ways I got to 120 Vet. First was rotting corpses and the second was to tame a wolf and kill him and rez-rinse repeat.

The way I've trained to 120 vet/lore on all of my tamers is have two horses attack each other and vet both.

It's gaining now btw - just "one of those things" I suppose. UO's RNG has always been wonky as heck.
