As part of the EMs storyline there are Guardians in Trinsic, quite a few right now so if you are going there be careful.

She was doing the same back when the Grim Reapers were spawning. someone would drag one to the bank, and she'd leap into battle without armour or weapons
I believe the toymaker in Trinsic behaved similarly during the faction-related invasions, hence why no one could ever find him. Town Criers too.
