[Selling] 7th year veteran reward PLUS 1000 Sovereigns - your choice!

Hello everybody,

I have an offer for you: I can claim a 7th year vet reward and I want to sell it to you folks. There is a project I am working on and I need some cash.

In former years, 7th year rewards werent too sexy. But nowadays, you can get the new items:

Sewing Machine, Smithing Press, Spinning Lathe & Bow Stringer These four items are house-addons that can be used in conjunction with the tailoring, blacksmithy skill, carpentry or bowcrafting skill respectively.
The machines will hold 5000 charges of their respective tools.
Add charges to the Sewing Machine by dropping sewing kits on the stool.
Add charges to the Blacksmith Press by dropping smith’s hammers, sledge hammers, or tongs on the crates.
Add charges to the Spinning Lathe by dropping appropriate tools into the bucket
Add charges to the Bow Stringer by dropping fletching tools into the rack
Runic, Ancient, or speciality crafting tools cannot be added to the power tools.
A context menu allows security to be set on the power tool to limit who can use and deposit tools into the attached stool, crates, bucket or rack
The context menu also allows the tools’ animation to be turned on and off

They seem to be quite handy

Anybody interested in such a veteran reward? OF COURSE, you can chose any other reward from 1-7 years.

Instead of gold I would be interested in THE PERFECT single-housing-spot suitable for a Pirate Bar. Could be an Island or a perfect coast-spot. For THE PERFECT "Pirate-Single-Housing"-Spot WITHOUT Neighbors (14x14 or bigger) I would offer:

- the 7th year Vet Reward
+ A Soulstone Token
+ Gold or Additional Items

Note: My dream is one of those Tokuno-Islands, but they are occupied, obviously.

It is not important that the spot is big. Ist important that it is secluded/exclusive and by the water. I love Jungle or Beach.

If nobody has a comparable piece of real estate, I would still be interested in selling the 7th year reward. And I would also try to sell my soulstone token

Out of curiosity, have you walked the coast from Trinsic south all the way around to Shame? Lots of jungle, some peninsulas almost as good as islands, even a beach or two. Secluded, a 14 x 14 coast spot should be easy to find. For free.

didn't Tyrath own one or more island houses? I seem to remember he did...maybe he would want to sell or trade one

Tyrath and I had some sightseeing on those Islands. His Island and Horseshoe has many housing spots. Mine is fine, in principle. But I am searching for a plot where no other house can be placed. A truely exclusive place. And I am not in a hurry.

First of all I would like to get rid of this 7th year vet reward - free choice!

I would also accept items like Torc of Guardians, Burning Amber, Dragon Jade Earrings, Lavaliere, Venom, Petrified Matriarch´s Tongue...
