7th Char and 7th char slot entitlement GONE!? Europa, lots same prob!

Just went to change char and my 7th char is gone, and i can't even make a new one, char had full kit armour skills and gold in bank and its just dissapeared!


Several others in General on Europa having same problem!!!

I'm just gonna go ahead and say, lets hope they will re-appear soon. It might be related to the issues they are currently having with logins etc... I would dread to think it could be so severe, so lets try and be patient. Bleak has already said they are investigating the issues, in the other thread hopefully this is resolved as well.

Like i said, im not the only one, 3 of us at least online atm that i know of.

A revert maybe? (just got a clean 20DCI ring too Wont be happy either way now lol

Just hope char and gold etc come back, was ALOT of stuff on that char!

Yeah I can agree with you that would be awful to lose so much, just trying to stay positive (personally) as the situation would be quite extreme indeed if you really did lose characters. The current login issues seem to be pretty sporadic, with some people not being affected at all, or some accounts affected and others being just fine. I would just say, try and hold out and hopefully all issues are resolved together.

I'm sorry you (and others) are in such a situation having to worry about characters and items, for me it's just not being able to log in, so I can sympathize.

Yep, my char has gone also. I have the 7th char slot but not 2nd character that has gone. VERY ANNOYING!!!

Account age is off by 3 months that might be the problem on your 7th player not showing

Well ive logged into account management and it says 7th char slot enabled.

I remember them having this problem a while back, the characters were still there, just "hidden". I forget how they resolved it then though. Good luck either way

If they fix the acount age bug your character will most likely appear again. I would not do anything in the game atm we might have to have a small revert.

Glad it fixed. I can't imagine losing a fully developed character along with everything that was stored on him/her.
