There are signs of Dhalia having been spotted in the town of Skara, and news of her boarding a ship head out toward the west of the town into the ocean. Please look around for any sign of her having actually been there and continue on the trail if possible. If she took a ship, perhaps there is evidence on the docks. Begin your search there.
